Hi guys, I am currently on a 457 visa (applied for a PR exactly 6 months ago but still waiting for a decision).
Do you maybe know any credit cards (better focused on Qantas points) that I could apply for?

I have checked today some offers and all of them require to be a PR.

I have been already holding Amex Explorer and also used ANZ and their bonus points (I cancelled this card today).

The only one that I am seeing to be available for me is DJ Amex and I will probably go for it before I get my PR.

DJ's card is probably the go for you. Just be aware that there have been mixed reports (David Jones American Express - New Offer - 40,000 MR (20,000 SPG) - Annual Fee $99) of people who already have an AMEX card not getting a new sign on bonus for this card.

Don't forget a referral link:

David Jones Amex Express - newer offer 50,000 bonus $99 plus 5,000 for each supp card
