Parents who think it's ok to inflict their unruly toddler on strangers in inappropriate setting.
Last night I went to hotel restaurant hoping for a quiet late dinner circa 9:30pm. As there were heaps of kids at tables, I opted to walk into the bar area and eat at the bar, assuming would be kid free.
Am halfway through eating my meal when this guy comes and sits right next to me holding a 2 year old. Firstly rude not to leave a gap when there were adequate seats and secondly who brings a kid to sit at the bar when there were tables in the restaurant?
Was hopeful bar tender would tell him no kids at the bar, but nope.
Toddler then starts reaching for food on my plate, Dad does nothing, so I have to move to further down the bar, to avoid grotty toddler hands touching my meal.
