EBay is starting get extremely annoying.
My brother has not received a shipment from a seller on eBay. He contacted eBay and they are not interested. He's trying to contact the seller. In the purchase history he can see that it says postage not paid. So he has not paid postage (which is dumb excuse) and the seller has every right to keep the money for the goods without saying anything?
I said to him this one should go to Fair Trading.
