Hi, about to book a starclass flight on Jetstar to get me over the line for gold FF, I need to earn my points by 31 Oct 10, and my flight leaves Bangkok on the 31st Oct, will the flight be credited as 31 Oct or the arrival time of the next day 1 Nov meaning I miss out on my gold status???

The SCs are awarded for the day of the flight departure. :D
Be aware though that there may be a delay in being 'promoted' to Gold as frequently people have to chase their JQ earnings. :(

thanks for responding, booking now before the dates go, was going to go the week before and the dates disappeared in front of me. Yes had to chase for last *class trip we made, had to file missing points claim, then they only credited 3 legs as *class and one as jetflex, hubby had to submit his boarding pass to show they had it wrong.

My experience with having Jetstar points credited is that you need to claim them the day after the flight: of their own accord, it can take literally weeks and weeks and weeks to be credited. On speaking with Qantas Frequent Flyer operators, they have acknolwedged there is always a big backlog with Jetstar sending the points over. So claiming them from Qantas's end seems to speed up the process
