I'm getting to the last resort for credit of a flight on Air NZ I undertook in March.

In early March I traveled from AKL to SFO.

I credited this travel to Velocity Rewards, but points and Status credit for that segment have not yet posted.

That day I connected on the same booking from MEL to AKL - the points and status for that flight posted two days later.

After waiting two weeks for my AKL-SFO flight to post, I put in an online claim. The website indicated my claim was successful but nothing further has happened.

I waited 4 weeks after that then sent an email to 'retro' - by then in was over six weeks since the flight. I attached to that e-mail my original e-ticket for this travel showing the earning booking class as well as a scan of the Boarding Pass.

I sent a PM to Velocity Frequent Flyer 10 days ago but there has been no response.

It is now 15 weeks since the flight without credit or any response.

What more do I need to do?

This year I have had difficulty with VA crediting points and status twice. One got resolved in a week. The other in 12 weeks.
