what is the earliest time to checkin J and F for QR in Doha?

Does anyone have any experience with early checkin in DOH for J and F?
I called and they said 3 hrs
I would like to check in 3.5 as I have some duty free money I need to spend . anyone know?

I've easily checked in more than 3 hours before departure for a QR F flight at DOH.

Can't really see why J should be any different.

It's their home base, they have flights going all day and thus they'd have counters open almost all the time.

EDIT: Just checked it - my last flight on QR F, my flight departed at around 0145h, I checked in the previous night at 1830h, so that's about 7 hours beforehand. And yes, I had a bag to check in.

There is some sort of small duty free store inside the Al Safwa First Class lounge itself, though naturally it's a small range of products and suitably expensive.
