what ticket type is considered 'eligble flight'

I have 800 SC from my JRTW4 trip recently, but only flown 1 qantas flight. I need 4 'eligible' qantas flight to get my SG status. Planning to do some quick trips so i can join the club. Are discounted Y flights considered 'eligible'?

I emailed QFF last week, still haven't heard back.

As long as they earn points and SC's then yes.
You can search it on their website what fare buckets earn Frequent Flyer - Earning Points - Fly - Airline Partners

There is reference to this in their T&C's

"Eligible Flight" segments in this context are those with a Qantas (QF) or Jetstar (JQ/3K/VF) flight designator that earn Points/SC's.

You could have maximised the routing and achieve WP status ... but no worries, maybe next time.

unfortunately joined up here after the trip. (the trip was what got me here!)
Plus we had to fit all that in 3.5 weeks. Was a rush as it is.
