What time do account updates and status reviews occur?

Hi all,

Two silly questions for the forum if I may:

  • Does anyone know when Velocity accounts are updated? This seems to be a daily process that occurs at about 5am EST (I discovered this by accident whilst overseas and checking as to whether I'd have access to Delta's lounges)
  • Does anyone know when Velocity account/status reviews occur? This is also a daily process, but it seems to occur at least 6 hours after the account update process.
