I received a targeted offer a while ago offering $100 of for 4x$50 spends. Ok, that's good. The first week is this week.

Them on Monday , I received a note "reminding " me to "spend $20 this week as part of my offer 4x$20 to get $50".. Oh, I thought. I must have TWO offers, so went to Woolies and spend $20.

Now this morning I got this -

" Last week you registered tobe part of a promotion to earn $100 off your next shop at Woolworths.

Unfortunately due to a technical error we sent you an email yesterday 8[SUP]th[/SUP]September 2014 which contained an error. Please delete and ignore this email.

We apologise for any confusion. Rest assured, if you spend $50 in onetransaction this week, you are still in the running to receive $100 off yournext shop."

Suggestions?

Spend $50 in another transaction.

I'm a bit surprised as my spend for a similar offer could be over multiple transactions. Go back to the original offer and read the fine print as it will tell you whether it is one or multiple transactions. For future reference - always read the fine print.
