What's the go with Qantas Embraer inflight entertainment?

I'm booked on many QF domestic Embraer services over the next few weeks. In the app, some are showing as offering in-flight entertainment (as Q Streaming), and some aren't.

I had assumed that this would be because certain aircraft had been fitted with Q Streaming and others hadn't, but my last flight was showing as streaming-enabled and didn't have anything available. For what it's worth, this was an Alliance-livery aircraft.

What's the go with how they are labelled on the Qantas app, and is a list of the aircraft that have been retrofitted available?
