Not this time, but with an (os) proper TA!. Crystal have excellent refund policies and even Aussie TA's cant charge cancellation fees.
Cant seem to pay off anymore using the personaliser so might set up a debit plan with the TA. Received the contact from someone on CC who emailed me about DVT's of all things! Someone who travels on Crystal, a whole lot!
