Why can't you save a credit card to your profile like QF?

We've been able to have a credit card saved to our profiles with Qantas for years but it bugs me every time I make a booking that I have to enter my card details. You'd think Virgin would be onto anything that made it easier and faster to part with our money.

How about it? If there is some hidden feature where you can do this please enlighten me.

It would also be mighty handy for car rental loyalty numbers to be stored to avoid the endless entry of numbers I can't find. Just trying to make it easier.

It would be nice ... But methinks VA have other priorities having been completely milked for every cent of their IT budget and more over the past few years.

My little bugbear is having to put in the whole family's details every time. BA have a system where you can click on a stored name

I try to avoid saving my CC details on any website. None of them are secure and typing in a few numbers each time is really not a big deal.

That's my rule in general but I make an exception for QF. Chrome always wants to store my details but I refuse. Not only is there a security risk from external sources but if you lose your laptop it's exposed. Having CC details stored on your browser also makes it too easy to spend money.

But for VA I'll make another exception.
