Why is the Velocity website so unreliable and clunky?

Does anyone else find the website unintuitive and clunky to use? It seems like it's stuck in the dinosaur age.

(A bit OT, but still linked to the way the VFF website operates)...
Not to mention when your SC balance goes down, and there is listing of the corresponding reason, if it goes up, it lists, but if it goes down, it does not.
Try finding a - in the SC earn column, you won't find it.
And the amount of the drop, does not correspond to anything either.
I was sitting on 225 in the past few weeks, and it dropped down to 217, I had a look at SC earn from flights, none corresponding there, to Coles FB earnings, nope, no loss there, of 8 a month, which there was no earning of 8 VFF SC earn.
Sometimes, when you want to go to a booking, it just hangs there as if not responding, then after about 1.5 mins, it goes to my bookings.
I am of a larger girth, so their Y(X) is one of the few thing that keeps my flying with then.

A loss of 8 Status Credits in the last few weeks, would likely be due to earning 8 Status Credits from Coles 12 months ago. Look at what you got from FlyBuys in December 2016.

Yes, indeed. The initial FlyBuys status credits have begun to drop off...
