I would add to the essentials list, for girls, a Pashmina, to sling over your shoulders, sometimes the light blankets are just not quite enough. And I get melantonin tablets from the health shop over the counter for sleeping (you can get better ones in NZ - but only here on a script from a naturopath I think). They don't put you to sleep but once you go off you have a good decent deep sleep, and no hangover on waking like pharmaceuticals
