I fly often MEL-HBA and considering changing my return leg from DJ to QF simply so I have access to the lounge to take care of my emails, have a bite/drink etc.

All my other flying is primarily with DJ, so would change my return sector (reluctantly) to QF or J*..

Does anyone have any news/info on if/when DJ will introduce a lounge... I understand that HBA is not busy like MEL/SYD/BNE, but if ADL can have one, then why not HBA....... but then again if PER does not have one, I think it will be a while before HBA gets one...

Thanks for your email. I apologise for the delayed response.

Unfortunately at this stage we do not have any plans to open up a Lounge in our Hobart base. This could change in the future, but we don't have any plans as yet. I apologise for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your loyalty with Virgin Blue. If you have any further queries please don't hesitate to let me know.
