Will miss my velocity status renewal

Hi All
Due to a range of unforeseen and exceptional circumstances, i'm going to fall c 100 status credit short of my gold status renewal
I've tried calling velocity to discuss options but the overseas call centres are unhelfpul
online chat was also a dead end
Is there a way to get some form of goodwill gesture to extend the date at which I need to generate those credits
My renewal date is in two weeks and due to family committments I cannot travel in those two weeks
Any help would be much appreciated

Yeah probably and presumably more than an ultrasound or gender-reveal video grabbed off the net.

Is there a credit card sign-up that is offering VA SC's perhaps?

Set up family pooling and have your relatives do a status run? 100 SC is a bit of a shortfall and I’d be surprised if they’d comp that.
