Anyone else having trouble getting auto-transfer to work? I've got ~4k flybuys pts and the website has been saying auto transfer is on, and 4k pts being transferred, but it's been stuck like that since Thursday

I've tried switching auto-transfer off & on again, and unlinking then linking my acct again - nothing works

Turns out I had an old address in flybuys

I'm doing the transfer 1,000 points at a time/day because I've got this other requirement in another e-mail from them to keep my gold status going for another 12 months without flying anywhere.

According to the terms of the offer it says :

• Earn a total of 5,000 Velocity Points, transacting across any number of Velocity partners*
  Whether you earn Points when filling up your car at 7Eleven, earn with Flybys or earn on your next purchase on the Velocity Rewards store – any transaction will count, as long as you earn a total of 5,000 Points and this needs to reflect in your MyVelocity account before 22 May 2022.

My interpretation is that I can convert the 5,000 FB points I've got to 2,500 VFF of the 5,000 required to get 5 entries in the 2mil VFF points comp, and then top off the other 2,500 points by converting some Citibank Rewards credit card points to get to the 5,000 threshold and keep my gold status going for another year without having to fly anywhere.

I had over 60 entries from some major FB-VA auto-transfers, and didn't even win a paltry 10k FB pts!
