Had some interesting emails from VA today...

I received a nice email from VA about my upcoming trip to Fiji in April with a helpful checklist of what to do before leaving Australia.

6 hours later I received an email titled 'Important Correction' with incorrect information 🤦‍♂️ Thankfully the booking hasn't been cancelled!

Probably meant to only be sent to those with flights in the next, say few weeks/month, since things change so often.

So they issued a correction but whoever had to write that got the wrong message - probably in a different department - so said the wrong thing. Concerning for the recipient, but can understand how it could have happened.

Not the first time this has happened, Black Friday gold status anyone? 😁

So, its mistakes, we all do make it, sometimes marrying the wrong person, or marrying the right person at the wrong time, or waiting for that particular person to make a move, but she never does, ...
But seriously though, it shouldn't (the thing that happened to the OP), shouldn't have happened.
Something to this magnitude, to do with flights of all things.
Not happy Ja(y)n(e).
Some people can see the funny side, but if it was to be me, in my case, I would be g(p)oo(p) scared.
Certainly does not instill confidence this airline anymore.
