Before we all get into toilet humour, it might be worth pointing out the idea is to raise awareness of the lack of (and importance of) sanitation in many countries, and the impact this has on health.

Cant say id want to have "fun" with poo.

The of toilet humour I fine though.

But yes lack of proper sanitation in many parts of the world is indeed a big problem.
