WW EDR Bonus Offer Spend on Phone Recarge

Hi

4 weeks ago. I received a targeted offer spend $120 and get bonus 750 points. I bought groceries and a Vodafone recharge voucher totalling $122
But now the points have not posted....only got the standard points. In the past I have received bonus pints even if the spend was on phone recharge voucher. Has anyone had similar issues? when they do the spend on phone recharge vouchers to reach the required spend amount?
