We just checked into the Intercontinental today in Kuala Lumpur at 4 pm today for 4 nights
Our UPGRADED room was not available so we ended up being given 2 x FREE drinks plus given a double upgrade on the room to 2 standards higher
Needless to say SWMBO was happy but the pressure is now on to keep the standards up
Looking forward to HOPEFULLY all the bonus points thanks to Markis10
The only negative is only 2,000 QUALIFYING POINTS for the stay, guess you can't win them all !

I do agree that Intercontinental is absolutely pitiful for points!

Had another bonus
Their dining room had a promo for using CITIBANK Card...1 person dines free. Useed that for the meal but use my Amex Qantas Ultimate card for 2 QFF points per dollar for the accomodation
