Anyway to "buy" VFF points?

As per the title, does anyone have a reasonable way to buy VFF points or launder others across at reasonable rates?
 
Spend someone else's money overseas purchasing things they want to buy on your Citi Sig or Select, and claim the money back from them (maybe you pay the 3% fee if you want to be nice).
