I'm needing to cancel my Business Saver JASA

When I go to do it online it says I will get a credit voucher for $8XX

Is that correct or will they refund the 60K points + taxes less the $341 cancellation fee?

Last time I did it over the phone but hate waiting to speak to someone.

Do not do it online. You will only get the coughpy voucher. Ring up and get it cancelled! Then you will get back what you paid assuming the fare type is cancellable.

Yes, agreed. Never cancel on-line if you want the points back. When you phone the Call Centre they may say that you can cancel it on-line. Repeat, never cancel on-line if you want the points back.

Agree. Phone call to get the points etc back. Online cash conversion of the fare is terrible for the points outlay (as bad or worse than the QFF store!).

I wasn't aware the J savers had a cancellation fee (the last one i booked in January was fully refundable).

Check the fare rules before you cancel (surely you have a copy) ... often Business Saver fares have onerous cancellation policies with penalties in the multi hundred dollar regions.

(I.e. That $8xx may only be really worth $5xx).

Still call and see what thay say.
