As I don't want to double up on what the airline may provide bus. class pax, what personal care items do you receive for in flight use? We are flying Brisbane-Heathrow next month.

Many thanks,
Anna

Cheap socks, a flimsy toothbrush and a small tube of toothpaste, ear buds, eye shades, small amounts of cream for hands and face.

I find the actual bag as being the most practical item and bring my own things for everything else.

Jurlique products for women. Rather nice.

It's not flash. I gave all mine to the homeless

I've put together a sweet little kit for my next long haul flight in J. I intend to have a glass of champagne, take my makeup off and give myself a nice mini spa treatment. I've got quite a few single use samples and travel size things kicking around and thought they'd be perfect, so I've curated:
* make up remover wipes
* moisturizing face mask
* some kind of serum thing
* a good moisturizer
* lip balm
* hand cream and nail file
* moisturizing eye drop vials

* pilfered hotel slippers. Mustn't forget those!

Then, for freshening up and making myself presentable
* freshening up wipes for all over
* solid deodorant
* anti-frizz oil for my leonine mane
* dry shampoo
* hair brush
* my own special eensy weensy makeup kit - primer, bb cream, eyeshadow, eye pencil, mascara, lip gloss
* perfume

And because it's nearly all foils and samples, it's all very TSA friendly and all happily fits in a TSA sized bag (which will be mostly empty by the time I disembark). I assume toothbrush + toothpaste, earplugs, eyeshades and socks will be on board.

I love the contents of your kit :)
My own is pretty similar, I'm an avid collector of samples and trial sizes whenever I have a facial or am perusing the skin care counters at DJ's.
I've also found for replenishing stocks when travelling in the UK that Selfridges counters are pretty good at giving out samples.

Sounds remarkably like standard practice employed by both penegal and jetlagger on their regular flts. :D

Thanks! I've recently become addicted to buying my cosmetics from Sephora in the US and having them shipped over via my shipping service. Play your cards right and you can get jillions of samples and foils. I'm quite stocked up now. Buying here, I find the Clarins counters are pretty generous with samples. I'll have to try and squeeze Selfridges for a few things next time I'm there. :)

I must say the EK J kit is very impressive. Puts the QF kit to shame.

It is nice except for the eau de cologne. Threw it out after the first sniff, two other friends that I gave a spare kit to did the same!
Same horrible scent in the EK F kit too.
