I had to make an urgent last minute booking recently whilst in the USA, and remembered this offer which happened to be ending on the same day so I took advantage of it.

Checked out of the hotel on Tuesday May 7th, which would have been Wednesday in Australian time. Got an email titled 'Your points have posted!' from Rocket Travel Hotels on the evening of Friday May 10th, checked my Velocity account and confirmed they were all there, including the bonus points.

I'm quite impressed how quickly my account was credited. For comparison, I'm still waiting for my QFF points from a stay a month ago that I booked during a Qantas Hotels 9 points per $ offer.

Rocket speed and not Rocket science

Opposite for me. Booked the Rydges at Sydney. Enquired the other day as points not reached account after 3 weeks Told it can take up to six weeks. ..so no rocket speed nor rocket science . .
