Cant seem to find anything online or in the app about transferring my points.

I believe after 12 months of inactivity they are removed, so looking to transfer them to a family member... with in the next 11 months

Has any one transferred them?

There is no free transfer of points(https://www3.aeroplan.com/use_your_miles/share_miles/launch.do). If you have enough points you can book a reward seat for someone else. If not you might be able to convert some hotel points into your AC account to keep it alive.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.
