Hi all,

Booked recently to go SQ BNE-SIN-JFK with a ~18 hour layover, but given the complexities around testing/entry/insurance to singapore I was thinking of changing the flight to the late night departure from BNE to reduce the layover.

I did an award search and found availability on the flight but when I called to make the change the agent couldn't see it. Does that mean the website is incorrect, or should I call back and speak to another agent?

Thanks,

Luis

Thanks for the reply. Yep just looking at BNE-SIN as that was all I was trying to change. Tried the whole itinerary, and nothing is showing up (but can't find SIN-JFK on it's own so that's probably why).

So is there any way to check avaialbility for just that leg (for ongoing checking)?

Thanks,

Luis

I had the same issue recently. The agent on the phone kept insisting that the website and what availability she could see were two totally different systems. Seems like a poor system IMO.
