Citi Premier transfer rate to KF

Hey all,

Looking to get out of QF and into flexible points/Krisflyer for somewhat obvious reasons (QF trash customer service, garbage availability, awards being cancelled due to slow ticketing after small schedule changes ect)

Struggling to nail down the different transfer rates. The AFF Transfer matrix and guide lists the Premier as being 2.5 Citi -> 1 KF and 2 Citi - 1 VA, but I can't find anything on the Citibank website.
The Citi Rewards (lowest tier card) states 3 -> 1 for both, and
The Prestige explicitly states 2.5 Citi -> 1 KF and 2 Citi - 1 VA on the card page.
The Premier has no mention of the transfer rates.

The Citi Rewards site states 3 -> 1 but I'm wondering if that changes once you log in as a Premier holder.

It's 2.5:1 for KF and EK Skywards, 2:1 for Velocity, and 1:1 for Flybuys.
