Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Although not pictured or mentioned, would be useful to know if variable cards are included.
It'd be nice if they explicitly said so but yes, the variable load cards are included. You can verify this on Wednesday morning by opening the Coles app, setting it to 'In-store' and searching for Ultimate gift cards. There'll be a Flybuys icon displayed next to all denominations of Ultimate gift cards.

I purchased an Ultimate Celebrate card this morning and successfully redeemed it for a Kayo Sports e-gift card. When trying to redeem the Kayo card I get the error message “Account status is not READY”.

I guess this could mean that it hasn’t activated yet. I’ve sent an enquiry to Kayo (Hubbl) and am waiting for their response.

Has anyone else received this error message?

I had an issue a long time ago (different error though) and at that time StreamNation or whatever the Binge company was under fixed it (ultimate were useless)
I noticed they rebranded to hubl or whatever they are now though

Have a few things to purchase at JB so perfect timing with this promo. Thing is my local has only the ultimate celebrate in variable option (heaps) and it looks like a completely different design to the ones on the promo image. It is the vibrant blue and purple gradient. Anyone know if these are included or if anyone has purchased? Plenty of $50 cards for the ones pictured but I don’t think the staff will appreciate being handed 100 cards.

Check the website for the card, the packaging is irrelevant.

Has anyone successfully used the ultimate cards online through JB Hi-Fi? I know there is an option to use the cards in store or exchange for e-gift but wondering if multiple e-gift vouchers could be used on JB Hi-Fi online similar to how you can use multiple JB Hi-Fi official cards. I don’t want to go to the trouble of swapping all my $500 variable cards to online vouchers only to not be able to use them all for a single order.
