CX Confirmed Upgrade Help

I tried looking for similar threads but hoping someone can shed some light.

Upgraded from Y+ to J using Asia Miles points and both the agent on the phone and website advised upgrade is confirmed.

However I’m unable to select seats as it appears tickets have not been issued.

Is the upgrade confirmed and I just have to be patient and wait a few hours / days for new tickets or is this still technically an upgrade ‘waitlist’?

Appreciate any insights from anyone with points upgrade experience on CX.
