Just called them gave them my bank details for the refund

Yeah, l thought so too although l called the number on the back of my AMEX card. I guess they can now infiltrate phone numbers too so I’ll wait and see what happens. The problem was that l couldn’t login at all because my card actually expired 18 months ago. So I'm waiting for my new card to arrive and then I’ll be able to login and find out whether or not this recent communication was legitimate or not.Weird. Wouldn’t you just be able to log in and confirm the positive balance before doing anything? If you did, I’m sure it’s fine
