I have booked an YIA-DPS domestic flight on GA and a DPS-SIN one on KL a few hours later. Questions are if GA will thru check bags on a domestic to interntaional connection at DPS and on a separate ticket. Is DPS such an airport that will transfer bags between different carriers like most other hub airports?

We are hoping to leave the airport for a few hours without our bags as KL check in won't open presumbly until a couple of hours before departure and we have around 6 hours to kill.
