Hotel quarantine and package delivery?

Could packages be delivered to quarantine hotels in VIC?
Could someone send packages from the quarantine hotel?

It seems no friends or family could deliver any package, what about postal facility?

Please note that the following items are prohibited in quarantine:

• care packages from family and friends unless authorised

I have heard you can have a supermarket delivery once or twice during your stay.

@Hvr - Thanks for your response.

That's what I got from the CSR (Customer service rep) as well. But, whether one can dispatch a package or receive from outside business/services - no pointers / info either online or from the rep. I had heard/seen some people to have received laptops from work - but unsure if it is allowed - do not want to take any risks.
