Just noticed that the last Activity date showing on the Account Summary page in QFF does not seem to be updating correctly. I searched but couldn't find any similar threads.

Considering that everything except family transfers is supposed to constitute activty, 2 accounts I have access to have received and used points quite recently (Everyday rewards, Amex, flights, redemptions etc), yet show last Activity of May 2010 and June 2010. Considering there have been flights taken after these dates, it appears that something is broken.

The question - is it just the web site display, or has Qantas found a way of accelerating the 18 months no points activity for expiry?

Does anyone else have the same issue?

Yeah, mine says "Jun 2010" when my real last activity was less than a week ago :)

Yes, last point activity shows as Jun 2010.

Since July I have had 15 QFF points earning activities, including 9 QF segments, noted on my account.

This has been discussed already. I can't search for a link until tonight but I think the thread was something like "activity not updating"

I too last flew in Jun 10

I emailed QFF a couple of weeks ago and got a phone call back. The explanation given was that it was related to the change of the point expiry 'non-activity' period from 3 years to 18 months. I'd suspect it was IT doing something that then caused a glitch in the update date.
