MEL bag drop

My parents are on QR905 this evening, flying Y. They have checked in online and have hold luggage. Their online boarding pass states:

Please proceed to Departure Terminal and approach the fast bag drop counters at Qatar Airways check-in area to check-in your luggage.

Can someone please confirm that such a fast bag drop counter exists for QR flights ex-MEL? The last time they flew this route there was one line for all Y passengers regardless of whether they had checked in online or were doing so at the airport.

To answer my own question, I can report that there is a separate line for those who have checked in online. At T-2.5hrs it was marginally shorter than the regular economy check in line.
