Hopefully this will come in handy for a few.
I recently started using Podcast Player on my Android phone (assuming they have an iOS version) It lets me download the videos I'd normally stream via youtube. Has helped to lower my mobile data usage quite a bit. handy when you want something for an hour or 2 flight
The app is free - pay if you want the add free version.
Am surprised by the number of content creators on the system. Certainly covers the majority of channels I regularly watch on youtube. There's prob alternative programs, but for free I can't complain about the simplicity of use or the price
