Qatar leasing Cathay 777W's with First class

Was looking at PER-DOH-ZRH as a QFF redemption in May 2022 and the DOH-ZRH leg offered first class on a 777W. I'd never seen that before. QR 777's don't have first class AFAIK.
Seems QR have leased 4 x 777W's from CX with F? Not a bad way to get to Europe.
