QF wine bonus poins for QBR members not posting?

According to Qantas Wine | Qantas Business Rewards QBR members should get two points per dollar to their QBR account when making purchases from QF wine.

Has anyone had these points post successfully? I made a purchase in mid Feb and have raised a complaint about the points not posting. I've been given all sorts of nonsense reasons for them not posting. Latest was they promised I'd have them three weeks ago. Each time I follow up they tell me they're looking into it.

Additionally there is no way to claim missing points for QF wine on the QBR site.

Nope. Have had multiple transactions that should be eligible. Nothing.

It seems to be working for me.

I purchased a case for $245 with 8K bonus points in March using a QBR card. My Wine membership is "Premium" (free with QBR).

Total Cost $245.

It seems to be working for me.

Likewise my most recent Qantas Wine order shows 2x points in my QBR account. I used QBR for my free Qantas Wine Premium membership, so my registration for Premium account included my QBR details.
