Flying SYD-SCL next month and QF site says

Our sleep service, including a new mattress, duvet and turndown service, is available on selected flights to LA, Dallas, Johannesburg, New York, Singapore, London, Hong Kong, Narita, Bangkok, Jakarta, Shanghai and Manila

Can anyone confirm that one of the longer sectors in the network doesn't rate a mattress?
 
Yes, the full turndown service is offered on QF27/28. I flew that route last August, so the website has clearly not been updated.
