Score a bonus 2,000 Flybuys points and 4,000 Velocity Points

You’ll collect a bonus 2,000 Flybuys points and 4,000 Velocity Points when you turn on Auto Transfer and transfer a minimum of 100,000 Flybuys points to Velocity by Fri 30 Sep 2022.*

I need to transfer in the next month, and this is approx. 5% bonus, so I'll do it.

Anyone get something similar?
 
Yep, I received it and took it up. I have about 186,000 Flybuys points. They had a much worse offer a couple of months ago (I think it was something like "turn on Auto Transfer and receive 300 Velocity points"), so I'm very glad that I passed on that one.
 
Haven’t received the promised velocity points as yet. Anyone else?
 
I haven't received my bonus points either. That's not really surprising to me -- Flybuys bonuses often take weeks to come through. I'll be giving them a call at the end of this month if they haven't come through by then.
 
My 2000 Flybuys points arrived yesterday (and were immediately auto-transferred to Velocity). The 4000 Velocity points still haven’t arrived.
 
Yes same experience. I presume it is safe now to turn auto transfer off.

Does anyone seem to have problems transferring Flybuys points to Velocity recently?
Have been trying daily for the past 6 days and all I get is this...

Suggest that you relink your account - I had this happen recently on an account - it seemed the link had timed out.

When I visited the link page (https://experience.flybuys.com.au/rewards/travel/velocity-transfer) it advised that the login had timed and asked me to login again, but this did not fix it - so I deleted it and set it up fresh which worked.

Another thought is that Velocity have a site wide outage this weekend, and this may be as a result of prep for that?

Good idea about the re-linking, let me test that out.
Have been having this issue since 6 days ago, surely the outage doesn't go that far back?
