Someone sat next to me in row 4 yesterday with VIP where their FF status was supposed to be. What does this mean? They didn't seem to be treated like a VIP considering they also got the coughpy soy crisps..

I love the soy crisps, they're like crack for me. I hate the pretzels!

I think they might be a member of VA's "The Club" - CL equivalent.

They get a different type of boarding pass too - with a silver strip on top, instead of the normal red.
