when will international redemption resume

Virgin made the call to resume the velocity redemption for international flights. Now that the transfer of ownership has completed, when will we be allowed to use the points for international flights?
 
After Australian borders open at the earliest?
 
Which partner and what routing in particular - is it Tokyo with SQ?

Why would that be a joke? Unreal, your passive aggressive tone is not necessary. That was a fair comment and just because you want to fly somewhere on another carrier using virgin points is of no concern to VA,
