I came across this website which looks rather interesting:

You can type in any airport and it will give you a list of domestic widebody services departing from that airport. You can also filter by date and airline.

It seems to also include cargo services, e.g. Cathay Pacific's SYD-WTB service is listed there. But helpfully, it also seems to count the EU/Schengen Area as one country for the purposes of finding widebody services which could be helpful if you're travelling around Europe and looking for a "real" J product. ;)

Yes I even found SQ...

Interesting website but it seems to have out-of-date data. For exMEL on 3-Jan-22 it shows these flights all widebody:

I know that all flights to SYD before the 15:45 service have already been downgauged to 737s almost 3 weeks ago as I was originally booked on QF442.

ITA Matrix currently show the A330 flights that match up with QF's website info:

Yeah, it's not 100% accurate but a useful guide, perhaps.

I think the data is cached and updated every few weeks.

I've recently learned that Finnair is now running A330s/A350s on HEL-BRU and HEL-AMS (in addition to HEL-LHR).
