Can any one point me to a J review of PER-AKL (or vv) on QF's seasonal service. I'd like to know what sort of J offering the flight has.

QF A330 international isn't it? Ie SkyBed Mk 1 until the new suites are rolled out.

Hi guys, just used some points to fly J per - akl on board qantas a330, was the best availability & bit of a novelty since QF hasn't flown from perth internationally for many months. Overall, I found the service to be of excellent value although some fine tuning is needed. In perth, it was only half way through boarding they decided to set up a priority lane so we were left in the general queue for 10 mins. Dinner was great, seat was great & service was fantastic - always interesting to see older & more experienced crew compared to VA. I believe breakfast was a let down, only 2 choices & I decided on the citrus fruit with yogurt but was too strong in taste. The mango energiser made up for it, I was given the bottle in the end I preferred the muesli on board VA's coast to coast. Another hot towel before arriving would of been a nice touch after the night flight.
