The T&Cs seem to say that you must be resident of HK/Macau to be eligible for these fares ?

Residency is determined by the registered member’s preferred mailing address as registered with Asia Miles. A temporary change of address maybe?

I thought the HK/Macau residency requirement is only for the Asia Miles rewards earning? Can't you just buy the airfare withough quoting the Asia Miles membership?
