Dunno - feeling all soft and melty at the moment....Flowers would be wasted on me ... sticking to your guns?

Someone's easily impressed![]()
Flowers and a bottle is more what I was thinking...While I assume status (including AFF status) plays a part, this seems to me to be sufficiently out of the box to be a really genuine and lovely gesture by Qantas and Red Roo. A bottle would in my view have been a bit ho hum / standard (albeit of more tangible benefit!).
Of course the real test is if the problems encountered are addressed and don't happen to others irrespective of status (eg notification of a move of flight and advice on alternative options).
It is a really lovely gesture - very personal.I can't be the slightest bit cynical about that turn of events! Good stuff QF.
Not 'fair' but quite satisfactory?

I know - that is what Mr FM said. Still I do like Qantas staff......I can understand that!
But remember the person sending you the flowers isn't the person that downgrades your next flight without telling you.
AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements
I think its a good gift as it would have required thought to organise and presumably someone to order them.etc. Unlike Wine which could be sent from there warehouse at a click of a button. (Still wine/champers is good) Well done.![]()
How many flowers do you think they send to MP's, Senators and their staff every week?
CBR is the hotbed of gifts!
I doubt they send flowers to MP's... bottles of grange maybe...![]()
