Maybe its well known on here already, but...
There is a little question in MY DETAILS on your Velocity Frequent Flyer account.
You have to look for update my details, look at the details, press enter, then you will get confirmation, then under communication preferences, then tick YES for (Fuel Partner Offers) on the last question down the bottom.
Tick for yes and see if you start getting offers for bonus VGW points.

I checked both hubby and my profile and both are yes to Fuel Partner Offers but he gets bonus offer emails and I don't.

Was in WLG when I noticed it was there.
Spam control when it suits them to have it as ticked NO. When we have something to gain.

I certainly haven't got any points from the September promos (albeit, I registered after the fact and didn't get the targeted emails).

Same. I was wondering if I wasn't getting the offers because I had made the change to fill up there and they figured, well, he's already shopping here so no point offering him anything. We'll see what happens now.
