received my 2k points yesterday
brings my total haul from the digital mailbox to 4,500 miles - not bad!
How long did it take from linking a provider to receiving your points?

Yes when I tried linking from MyGov I got the old faithful "An error has occurred" but going back to MyPost it said it was linked now?
I wonder if the points will ever show up.

Where do we go to chase up points that we should have got for this? AusPost don't show up as a partner to be able to do a retro claim on the velocity website...
I successfully added Telstra on 29/10/15 and still have not received the 2000 bonus points. The T&C's stated that points would be credited within 10 business days. Ive just emailed Aust Post through digital mailbox to follow up.
ditto, I added myGov on 21/10 and then as backup, Telstra on 28/10, but no points at all. Have emailed both Australia post and also Velocity (given there's no drop down ability to make missing points claim on their website like other partners) a week ago, but no replies to date
I know it's points for practically no effort/spend on our behalf, but annoying that it seems to be harder and harder these days for promotions to be honoured. Doesnt instill much confidence in me about using their (Australia post) digital services in the future...
I had problems with the first round of this promotion back in the day and was told by Virgin it was an AusPost problem. So got in touch with them, and eventually it got sorted.

Finally got my points today after about 2 months! Better late than never I guess!
Same here. I had lodged an enquiry via the AusPost site a few weeks ago and received a phone call yesterday about it. Was told that it would be escalated to L2 support, but was also told that I was not eligible as the promotion was supposedly for new signups only. She said it mainly as a pre-warning and I would have been willing to debate it if it was denied. Finally got my points today after about 2 months! Better late than never I guess!
However, just logged into Velocity site, and see that the 2000 points have been credited. So all good.
50% success for me, my wife's account yes, me no.Hmm, just logged into velocity based on reading above and would you believe it? Points in today.
