Status Credits and Points not awarded on TWO41 partner booking

Good news for you......so does this now confirm that SC's and points are awarded on any TWO41 flights for both parties?

Yes it appears so - VFF sent this in the email confirming my wife's SCs and points "Please accept my sincerest apologies for any misinformation from the previous email that we sent" - the previous email refers to the one where we were told only one pax would be eligible for points/SCs

Well that's quite disappointing for me because based on the information given to me by the VA Customer service i forfeited my TWO41 options and booked 2 separate flights at full cost which clearly was much more money. I needed the SC's so had no option.

Comment has been made more than once that the VFF/VA GCC level of knowledge. experience and courtesy has declined noticeably. Although there are still some really good GCC staffers, there are lots of them that need a rocket up their Khyber pass. That's clearly managements lack of attention and/or ability. It's a real shame, as the GCC used to be pretty bloody good, all things considered.

Glad to hear that this was resolved as Mrs andye has just acquired a Flyer card and we will want to book flights before the rule changes
