I've looked all over the VA website but can't find a guide to which meals are served on which flight anywhere.
Any tips on finding this info?

In particular I wanted to know about VA 469 PER-BNE departing at 12:50 (hoping for lunch)
and VA 474 BNE-PER departing at 20:20 (hoping for dinner).

Unless there is an equipment change we will be trying out "the business".

You will get a dinner meal. I did it when the A330 was on the flight and it wasn't too bad. Assume 737 catering would be the same.
Any other flight and its birdseed and a small 100ml cup of water. LOL at free snack / food on all flights. (Just make a lovely sandwich in the lounge beforehand and take some of those nice little shortbread bikkies :) )

Breaky, lunch and dinner are all proper hot meals on a tray.

Supper is a hot veg item such as quiche, pie or toastie and supper bag with cake, mints and small bottled water.

Thanks for that, very useful.

19:30 is such an early cut off time for dinner, I never eat dinner before 20:00.

Anyone know if that cut off time for dinner in business still applies to transcon such as BNE-PER?

You would get a proper dinner service on BNE-PER as it is a "longer flight". (And as per post 3, transcon departures from the east coast extend dinner to departures up to 11pm.)
